Newly established Cardiff business, Tradeprices Bathrooms, has been announced as the Bathroom Supply Company of the Year 2020 at the Welsh Enterprise awards.
An accolade that recognises the success stories of small to medium size businesses across Wales, it rewards those which have worked arduously to provide the best products and services for their community.
Over the past 12 months, Gavin Smith, owner of Tradeprices bathrooms has been making waves throughout the bathroom industry, accelerating his online bathroom business into a 1.7-million-pound business throughout 2020.
Talking about the award, Gavin Smith said:
“This year has been a challenging year for many businesses, but we took a risk, re-evaluated our online strategy and decided to heavily invest in Tradeprices, keeping jobs safe and safeguarding UK supply chains by using UK manufacturers.”
To qualify, businesses must provide excellence in the industry, delivering quality products and displaying dedication to customer service.
When providing the award, the Welsh Enterprise Awards panel stated:
"Tradeprices Bathrooms has demonstrated an upmost dedication to supplying quality bathroom furniture at competitive trade prices. With such an impressive range of both contemporary and classic bathroom styles, Tradeprices Bathrooms was a clear leader within the Cardiff region and a worthy winner for the 2020 Welsh Enterprise Awards."
Gavin added:
