Please all deliveries are kerbside.

In most cases, you can receive your delivery in just 2-4 working day after ordering, but please make sure all emails are checked as delivery timescales and delivery dates are communicated to you, should you required any assistance please do not hesitate to call us.

Delivery charge is charged based on postcode and the website will advise you of this at your cart when you order. The company reserves the right to charge delivery on special events or discount weekends or special offers, sorry we cannot offer both, as much as we would like to.

* Please note that there are small parts of the UK that we do not cover on our internal courier network. In instances where orders are received with a delivery address that we do not cover on our internal transport, we will always inform you of the additional cost for delivering before processing your received order. You will be given the option of whether to pay the additional cost for the delivery or receive a full refund. 

All orders will be calculated by our website based on your own postcode, local areas are different to rural areas in say the highlands of Scotland or the Isle of Man.

Our standard delivery charges are based on a full pallet, and are delivered on our Economy basis within 2-4 days. You will be informed of your delivery date and time slot by our staff once your order has been confirmed.The delivery driver will call you normally within 30 mins of your delivery, so please if a more desired delivery slot is required, please call us on 029 22 679 749 and speak to our staff.

You will receive a details email of your delivery time and any contact or tracking numbers in order to stay in touch with your delivery.

Please be aware that customers living outside of Mainland UK or in some territories of Scotland may not be eligible for all delivery services. Deliveries outside mainland UK may incur extra delivery charges. Once you have secured your order online we will be in contact to arrange the best delivery options available.

Pick up collection is available for FREE, please call to arrange is this is a better option.

Due to our deliveries being transported in small courier van's and upto 18 tonnes vehicles, should access be an issue for our delivery team, please inform us upon receipt of your order.

If you do not collect the goods from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from our depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.

Delivery Process

To keep you informed throughout the entire delivery process, when we receive your order you are sent an e-mail order confirmation, followed by a notification of dispatch when your order has left our warehouse.

You may also get SMS updates should you wish to be kept upto date.

How your order is delivered

Deliveries are made 'Kerbside'. Handling the goods is the responsibility of the recipient of the goods. When making a large order we advise to plan ahead, and arrange a second pair of hands to help if you're receiving lots of boxes, especially if your order is for a room not on the ground floor.  Please note: This applies to flats, tower blocks, high rises etc.

Missing Items

If for any reason your order didn't arrived within 2-5 working days, please contact us straight away. If after a couple of days your order has still not reached you, we will investigate and, if necessary, send you some new items to replace the ones you haven't received.

Failed Deliveries

If your order arrives as arranged but we're unable to deliver because there's nobody home, there's inadequate help available, the goods are refused, or the order is cancelled whilst in transit (goods are in transit 24 hours before the chosen delivery date) you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. 

We deliver all over the UK and Ireland using quality national couriers, heavy goods haulers and our own vans for many orders local from our warehouse.

Smaller orders that are delivered by courier will also come with a tracking number so that you can follow your order every step of the way. For larger orders we use specialist heavy goods haulers who will deliver your floor on a pallet by kerbside delivery. Your order will be brought as close as possible to your entrance. Unfortunately, haulers are not allowed to unpack your order and bring it inside for you, so please ensure that you are available to receive your delivery and bring it inside. 

Do I pay delivery on each item I order ?

Our delivery charges are calculated by order and postcode NOT by item. So for example if you order a bath, you will pay £39.00 or if you order a bath, shower tray, radiator and taps, you will still only pay £39.00. Please bear in mind that some larger items will incur a double pallet charge.

Access for Large Vehicles

Please ensure that your address has clear access for delivery vehicles before ordering. Narrow lanes and low bridges can cause problems for bulky goods delivery vehicles. If you are not sure please just call our office and we can advise you.

When we deliver using our own drivers in areas closer to our stores we are often able to offer a doorstep service where we will bring the floor to your front door and when possible inside your home. NB  We are only able to bring the floor to downstairs rooms within your home.

Checking Your Order

It is very important to check your order is complete, correct and also look for any signs of damage before accepting your delivery. If you spot any damage or missing/incorrect items, please accept the delivery and mark this on the delivery docket detailing what is damaged or incorrect.

We can then replace these items quickly. Regrettably, we are only able to replace any damaged items that have been signed for as damaged. If you have not been able to check your items sufficiently on arrival, you must do so within 24hrs of receipt and inform us immediately of any damages by email to sales@tradeprices.com

We advise against booking any tradesperson(s) to install items until You are in receipt of the entire Order, and it has been thoroughly checked. Any delivery times given are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, therefore We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss. Do not try and install any damaged or faulty items, and leave them in their original packaging where possible. We cannot be held responsible for any labour or installation charges incurred as a result of installing faulty or incorrect items.

Once you have signed for a delivery, it then becomes your property.  We can accept no further responsibility for items once they have been delivered to the customer's address and signed for. For this reason, you must be available to receive and check your delivery and then store it safely upon receipt.

Highlands and Islands

We make every effort to ensure accurate delivery pricing via our checkout. Occasionally extra surcharges may apply to Scottish Highlands and UK Islands.

Late Deliveries

While we do make every effort to ensure our deliveries arrive on their estimated date, due to circumstances that can be beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive on the arranged day.

We recommend not to arrange installers until your goods have been delivered and checked. In the rare event that a delivery does not arrive on the arranged day, we will arrange a suitable alternative day for you.

Larger Deliveries 

Our standard delivery allows you to choose a suitable day to receive your order - from as early as two working days time, once we have confirmed stock and your delivery has been scheduled, we will email yo with full details to confirm your order.

Our deliveries are kerbside and can be made on anything from one of our own delivery vans to an 18 tonne lorry, so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible for any large vehicle. If this may be an issue, please contact our delivery team to discuss alternative options.
