What is the standard delivery time?

Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live. On average your order will be delivered in approximately 7-10 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons this can be delayed. We do show up to date stock information for each product on our website.

Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order and will be provided with a tracking link which will allow you to see the most up to date information about where your order is.

We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been checked, as we are not liable for any plumbers costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.

Do you offer a next day delivery service?

We don't, delivery is approx 7-10 days unless agreed prior to purchase.

We will then aim to deliver items on the next working day. Please remember: We advise customers not to book tradesmen based on the estimated delivery dates.

My order arrived but I was not available, what should I do now?

We always recommend you try to ensure someone is available at the property to accept delivery. Some deliveries such as our pallet deliveries cannot be left in a safe place and will require a signature. If these deliveries are missed, they may require a re-delivery fee.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Please email us at sales@tradeprices.com

Something is missing from my order

If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours using the Report Damaged/Missing Item , and somebody will look into it and contact you as soon as possible.

We aim to resolve these issues within 48 hours, however is the missing or damaged item is out f stock, we do allow upto 28 days.

How does the Standard Delivery Work?

Our standard delivery option will normally take between 7 and 10 working days to arrive for pallet orders and 2 working days for smaller items. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with courier tracking information.

Larger pallet deliveries will be dispatched from our warehouse, after which the courier will call you to confirm a suitable date for delivery once at your local delivery depot.

All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT, delivery costs cane be found at the cart upon entering your postcode into the 'How Much is Delivery' form within the checkout will provide you with further information. Regarding orders which contain numerous items, only one shipping fee will be charged based on the total weight of the goods.

We use a selection of couriers to enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery service and price for your selected delivery type, including Royal Mail, DPD, Sovereign, and DX Freight.

Can I return parts or all of my order?

If you would like to return an item to us, items must be unused and in a saleable condition, they will need to be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your goods. For more information regarding our returns policy, please see our Returns Information


How does the Standard Delivery Work?

Our delivery options are dependent on the size of your order. You can choose from standard delivery, pallet delivery options, and DPD next day delivery for smaller items.

Please be aware that if you wish to opt for DPD Next Day Delivery, this service operates Monday to Friday only and your order must be completed and confirmed by 12:00 pm.

An item is missing from my order, what do I do?

When you take receipt of your order, you are required to give your items a quick check to ensure there are no problems and that you are happy to receive the order. If you notice any missing items or other problems, please contact our customer services team immediately.

Will the delivery driver call me?

For our Standard Pallet Delivery service, our pallet courier will contact you once your order has been processed to arrange a suitable date for delivery. You will also get SMS text messages on the day of delivery with an agreed time slot, and you will be kept in the loop until your order arrives.

Where is my Order?

You can track your order via our website, you just need to enter your tracking reference starting 6000 sent to you via email and your postcode.

Can I modify an existing order?

Yes, you can add items on to existing orders by calling our customer service team. If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this online. Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions. Also note that if you splitt an order, you will have to pay any additional delivery charges.
